I have tried to be patient but the limited information from Crystal is extremely disappointing. Hiding behind silence will not have the desired effect. With each passing day, your reputation is being damaged beyond repair. Frequent, specific updates (even if it’s bad news) is preferable to what we have received so far. You would do better to be as open and honest as possible. If you have no idea if the VPanel will be operational soon, say so. Avoiding telling the truth always ends in a bad way.
Please remember that even if you rebrand Crystal, people will find out and might avoid ALL brands associated with Crystal. This includes any mysterious/new providers that suddenly appear.

Why don u give complete information? Use Trex server, its just easy as that? Can we just use another DNS on already paid subscription or do We have to buy new subscription? Deal on Trex is 3 times more expensive.. and u guys want us to throw out more money just like that?? Maybe U guys shud reduce prices on other servers to compensate until things rolls back.
