He wants us to send him screenshots even for the payments made before January in order to restore our credits!!
I already sent him a screenshot of the February payment which is missing, but still he want to send him the screenshot of the previous payment made last year as well in order to apply for the credits!

So for anyone who is confused let me break it down. If you are a reseller and you got a reseller account before Jan 23, you will get your login working. Any line made before Jan 23 will be up and working and any line made after Jan 23 is gone but credits are automatically refunded to the account. (at least in my case). Any credit added to this panel after jan 23 will not be added automatically and needs to be claimed by your seller, and than given back to you
Now if you got a reseller panel after Jan 23, your panel login will not work. So you have to contact your seller who sold you the reseller panel as they can claim the lost credit, after Jan 23 period and give it back to you.

OTTMANIA is ignoring our msgs on telegram and whatsapp also.
Seller not crediting us, we bought credits in Feb + May.
We are missing credits and we have +/20 devices offline at the moment.
Crystal should be able to check their email records , or some sort of administration other than the database, to process the lost credits.

My reseller just gave me a new panel with all the credits i lost, talk to your resellers, he told me that they have refunded the credits. Be aware your reseller dosent take advantage of this.

But I’m having difficulty with my reseller, I have 10 credits missing. And your company said they will reimburse all missing credits but my reseller kept giving me a hard time even after I sent him a screenshots of all the payments that we made!!

Be careful that your reseller isn’t taking advantage of this situation. My reseller refunded every single credit I lost without even asking for proof or anything. I lost around 15 credits he have me a new panel with my missing credits and the credits I have remaining previously.

They should list an email address that we can send to reporting it and ask help to resolve kind of these issues.

yeah, I can understand. I had the same situation. I msg Crystal several times but didn’t get any response. all you can do is just wait. Try and follow up with your reseller. my reseller was really good, he used to update me about the situation, and as soon as he received the refund he gave all my credits back the same day.

I contacted my dealer 4KOTT 3 days ago. I sent them a copy of the receipt for payment for the panel and 30 credits in the month of March.
He promised to return in a few minutes. But now, as I said, 3 days have passed, and that’s a lot of minutes.

The customers who bought from my panel can’t watch IPTV and I’m missing most of my 30 credits. It can not be true? How can you allow 4KOTT to sell Crystal when they treat their customers like that?
