As for the VOD (Video-on-Demand) content, we’re making steady progress on recovering it. Currently, we have managed to retrieve about 50% of the VOD library, and our team is working tirelessly day and night to recover the remaining content as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is for you to access your favorite movies and series, so please bear with us a little longer.

If you come across any channels that are still down or experiencing issues, we kindly request you to report them to us through the ticketing system. This will help us identify the problems more efficiently and address them promptly. We’re in the process of changing our infrastructure to improve overall performance, so reporting any channel-related issues will greatly assist us in resolving them once the transition is complete.
