el servicio esta funcionando al 90% , pero hay un gran problema , que los revendedores se hacen los tontos y no devuelven los creditos , llevo peleando con mi revendedor una semana para que me devuelva los creditos que he pagado , se ahce el tonto , le he enviado los justificantes y solo hace poner pegas , me quiere dar una cuarta parte de mis creditos , lo considero un robo , no son responsables , CRYSTAL dice que el revendedor debe de devolver los creditos , que se allan comprado desde el 23/1/2023 , y los revendedores solo quieren dar un 1% , me considero estafado , , voy a tener que hacer mucha mala propaganda por los servicios de los revendedores , y le echo la culpa a CRYSTAL , por no obligar a responder a devolver los creditos , es una verguenza que suceda esto tras una parada de mas de 10 dias , y encima faltan muchos clientes que han desaparecido del panel , estoy desesperado como crfeo que esta todos los reseller —–
